In the event of an order paid in advance, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method
Can I return/refuse a product?
Products can be returned if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the site, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects
You may return your product if it is found to be defective within 14 days of the date of delivery if it is in the original condition received
Custom-made products cannot be returned
In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through the previously mentioned official communication channels within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Please take at least 3 photos of the damage and send them with your return request
In the event that you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery only if the product accessories are complete and in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition with the customer bearing the packaging and shipping expenses
You can report missing parts / defective products that you received within 48 hours from the date of delivery stating the nature of the damage
Failure to apply any of the above points will be deemed to have accepted the product(s)/or your return request may be refused

Our team will evaluate your complaint and contact you within 72 hours. If your application is approved, you can choose between one of the following options:
Return & Full Refund We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection and an automatic refund will be made to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 14 working days.
Arrangement for Repair: We will send a technician to pick up/fix the product
Order Replacement: We will send a representative to collect the product(s) and place a new order for you
Do I get charged when I make a return or do I get a full refund?
We do our best to deliver the best possible quality to your home
If you request a return of your product due to damage or a content mismatch, you will receive a full refund for your order
The product is not entitled to be returned in the event of defects resulting from misuse

How long does it take to refund the product value?
